CALL FOR CONSULTANCY

FIAN Uganda seeks a consultant to support three interrelated processes: the
development of a robust Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework; the
formulation of a new 5-year Strategic Plan (2026–2030); and a focused evaluation of the
SwedBio-FIAN Uganda partnership. These efforts aim to ensure that FIAN’s programs and
advocacy work are effectively monitored, key lessons are captured, impact is measured, and
future programming is informed by grounded analysis. The strategic plan will reflect FIAN
Uganda’s evolving mandate, the expectations of its stakeholders, and shifts in Uganda’s policy
and development landscape, while the MEL system will be designed to align closely with these
strategic directions.
