Job Description

Tressler LLP seeks a Docket Clerk/Office Services Clerk to join new Walnut Creek, California office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of docketing experience. This is a full-time onsite position in our San Francisco Bay Area, California office in Walnut Creek.

Essential job duties include:

• Maintaining and organizing legal records and case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Tracking court dates, hearings, and filing deadlines in the calendar.
• Filing legal documents.
• Monitoring critical deadlines and providing timely reminders to attorneys and staff.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx, and other courier services.
• Providing general office support such as copying, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Preparing mailing labels, FedEx labels, and other shipping documentation.
• Assisting with office errands and deliveries as needed.
• Maintaining office supplies to support daily operations.
• Assembling and preparing binders for attorneys.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting office equipment including copiers, scanners, and postal meters.

A successful candidate will also:

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
• Have 2-3 years of experience with docketing software or be willing to learn.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and external contacts.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Commensurate with experience: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
