Human Resources Intern

The HR Intern provides the Human Resources Team with administrative support, including typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, internal customer service and other general office duties.

A Human Resources Intern provides the Team with administrative support, including typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, internal customer service and other general office duties:

1. Maintain of filing system in accordance with the Record Retention policy
2. Preparation of special reports or projects, as requested
3. Attend all required meetings
4. Knowledge of and compliance with all Emergency procedures. Reports unsafe conditions, as appropriate
5. Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests
6. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion
7. Other duties as assigned by management

• Previous experience in Human Resources
