Overview KWSM is a full service digital marketing agency made up of brand journalists, putting a story-first emphasis on our marketing approach. We specialize in digital marketing strategy, website development & SEO, content creation, PR & influencer marketing, and digital advertising. Clients hire us to create integrated digital marketing strategies that generate leads or sales. Half our clients are B2B and half are B2C. We have offices in Orange County, CA, San Diego, CA, and Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities We are looking for a front-end designer/developer to create new websites and refresh existing websites for our clients. Collaborate with our team of Digital Marketing Strategists, Copywriters and SEO Specialists to create an outstanding online presence for each client, ensuring that their website and other digital channels work together. Listen to a client’s goals and ideas and create a website that exceeds their expectations, with design capabilities and the ability (or willingness to learn) to build out a site. Own client projects as part of a tight-knit, high-performing team, with responsibility for meeting deadlines and delivering results. Continually tweak websites to improve performance and conversions until client satisfaction is achieved. Qualifications Excellent design skills Experience with Wordpress & Shopify development, and Google web tools Thorough understanding of website hosting management and DNS settings Ability to juggle several projects and priorities, and to meet deadlines Understanding of digital lead generation and conversion rate optimization Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Passion for creating work that delivers results Work Environment & Benefits KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. We have a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This is a full-time, salaried position. Location & Employment Details Additional information: This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position (can be located in any KWSM office – CA, GA).
