Position Responsibilities
As a Funding Manager at Channel, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success by overseeing all aspects of funding operations within an assigned region/segment. The Funding Manager is responsible for supporting our partners by completing the documentation, review, and funding of both Equipment Finance and Working Capital loans/advances, and is accountable for leading the Funding Team with a focus on key metrics and reporting to assure superior performance across the team.
The position will play a key role in training new and existing staff, supporting projects and initiatives, and monitoring overall team performance to maintain quality and service levels. The position will be a working manager with the expectation of dedicating 10-15% of time to working transactions (directly or indirectly), with the remaining time focused on people management, supporting policy and procedures, reporting and monitoring, and projects and initiatives. The best candidates will be detail-oriented, comfortable reviewing key provisions of the document with clients prior to funding, team-oriented, and eager to be a part of a rapidly growing business.
